President Director of Riau Airlines has had signed MOU with Chairman YPI Wira tata Buana to recover Riau Airlines, ini which YPI Wira Tata Buana will be responsible to fund all expenses for the renuwal of License and AOC of the Riau Airlines, providing at least 4 Aircrafts, and preparing operational cost.
Riau Airlines will receive operational fees per hour per aircrafts. Both sides will do their best to find investors to maximize its operational, and try to seek authority to flight to SAudia Arabia for Umrah and Hajj transportation.
